Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! We accept approved returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is returned and the merchandise has not been worn. If there are signs of wear on any of the jewelry your return request will be denied.

A refund for the transaction (excluding shipping charges and duties) will be processed once we receive the return. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment.

All items that use a discount code can only exchanged or returned for store credit.

Please note that sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Items purchased during a pre order period are not eligible for refund (store credit only) and cannot be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. If a pre order item is purchased with in stock items all items will be shipped together when ready.  Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons. 

All returns are subject to approval by Livie Jewelry and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. For any questions please email us at info@liviejewelry.com.

How To Return

Please send an email to info@liviejewelry.com with your order number, email and other details to generate a return. You will then be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and additional mailing instructions. We will not accept a return without a proper RA number and your original invoice/order confirmation email must be included. The return order number must be written on the outside of the package. We do not provide a return label and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and duties.
